ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Submission period: From January 23rd to February 19th
Results announcement: March 20th
POSTER/PRESENTATION SUBMISSION
After notification of the result, the file related to the submitted work (poster or presentation)
should be sent until March 31st to: reuniaoanual.gedii@gmail.com
IMPORTANT: On the day of your presentation, you should carry the file on a pendrive and
deliver it to the audiovisual team at least 1 hour before the presentation.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
LANGUAGE

STRUCTURE
- Introduction, methods, results, discussion.
- Maximum 2000 characters (including spaces).
- Tables, graphs and images may be included as attachments.
SUBMISSION CATEGORIES
- Clinical case
- Oral presentation
- Poster
EVALUATION
- Abstracts will be evaluated by a scientific committee.
- Abstracts will be allocated to one of the final categories: Clinical cases, oral presentation, best poster or poster.
- The best classified abstracts will be presented during the event and the best presentations will be awarded on April 21st.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- The corresponding author or presenter must guarantee his/her registration to the Annual Meeting.
- Abstract submission in the last hours is not recommended, since it may lead to the overload and crashing of the platform.
