Exhibition start: January 29
Exhibition end: January 31
Promotional stands setup: wednesday, january 28, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Promotional stands takedown: saturday, january 31, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
After arriving at the location, please find a member of the organization before initiating the setup of your promotional stand.
Any extension of the aforementioned schedules requires authorization and is subject to additional charges.
Exhibitors must limit the size of their stands/roll ups to the area previously defined - additional modules will be charged.
Debris resulting from the setup and dismantling of stands is the responsibility of each sponsor.
If waste/debris collection is required at the end of dismantling, a fee will be charged to each Exhibitor.

Each sponsor will have to sign this document, therefore agreeing to its rules and return it to GEDII at reuniaoanual.gedii@gmail.com
