ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Submission period: From January 23rd to February 22nd
Results announcement: March 23rd
POSTER/PRESENTATION SUBMISSION
After notification of the result, the file related to the submitted work (poster or presentation in PDF format) should be uploaded in your personal area, until April 6th.
IMPORTANT: On the day of your presentation, you should carry the file on a pendrive and
deliver it to the audiovisual team at least 1 hour before the presentation.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
LANGUAGE

STRUCTURE
- Introduction, methods, results, discussion.
- Maximum 2000 characters (including spaces).
- Tables, graphs and images may be included as attachments.
SUBMISSION CATEGORIES
- Clinical case
- Oral presentation
- Poster
EVALUATION
- Abstracts will be evaluated by a scientific committee.
- Abstracts will be allocated to one of the final categories: Clinical cases, oral presentation, best poster or poster.
- The best classified abstracts will be presented during the event and the best presentations will be awarded on April 21st.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- The corresponding author or presenter must guarantee his/her registration to the Annual Meeting.
- Abstract submission in the last hours is not recommended, since it may lead to the overload and crashing of the platform.
