POSTER/PRESENTATION SUBMISSION After notification of the result, the file related to the submitted work (poster or presentation in PDF format) should be uploaded in your personal area,until January 11

IMPORTANT  On the day of your presentation, you should deliver the file to the audiovisual team at least 1 hour before the presentation.

STRUCTURE

• Introduction, methods, results, discussion.
• Maximum 2000 characters (including spaces).
• Tables, graphs and images may be included as attachments.

SUBMISSION CATEGORIES

• Clinical case
• Oral Communication
• Poster

EVALUATION

• Abstracts will be evaluated by a scientific committee.

• Abstracts will be allocated to one of the final categories: Clinical Case, Oral Communication, Best Poster Presentation or Poster.
• The best classified abstracts will be presented during the event and the best presentations will be awarded on January 30.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The corresponding author or presenter must guarantee his/her registration to the Annual Meeting.
• Abstract submission in the last hours is not recommended, since it may lead to the overload and crashing of the platform.

Best Clinical Case: 1.500,00 € Best Oral Communication (January 29): 1.500,00 €

Best Oral Communication (January 30): 1.500,00 € Best Poster Presentation: 1.000,00 € Guided Poster Visit (January 29): 500,00 € Guided Poster Visit (January 30): 500,00 € Winners will be announced on January 30. The awards are sponsored by:

AWARD
The best work will be awarded a prize of 500€. The decision will be announced at the closing of the course. IMPORTANT NOTES
